Mr Robert (Bob) Mainprize joined Temasek in January 2017 and is currently Managing Director, Risk Management.
 
Mr Mainprize was most recently Chief Risk Officer, Asia Pacific of Barclays Bank PLC, a role he assumed in 2000. He was a member of the Group Credit Committee, Asia Pacific Executive Committee and Chairperson of the Asia Pacific Underwriting and Distressed Asset Trading approval committees. Prior to his appointment in Singapore, Mr Mainprize was the Global Head of Sovereign and Financial Institution and Contingent Risk Management for Barclays in London.
 

Ms Sulian Tay is a director of Pavilion Energy. 

Ms Tay joined Temasek in 2012. She is currently Managing Director, Investment Group Office.

Madam Flora Zhao is a director of Pavilion Energy.

Madam Zhao has about 30 years of experience working with global energy businesses. She was previously with BP Singapore Pte Ltd from 2010 to 2018, serving as the President of Gas Asia where she manages its LNG businesses in the eastern hemisphere. Prior to that, Madam Zhao helmed NYSE-listed AES Corporation's business development and financing activities in Asia and the Middle East from 1994 to 2009. During this time, she was also a member of AES Corporation's Global Investment Committee.

Mr Jun Yanai is a Director of Pavilion Energy Trading & Supply.

He is also the Corporate Advisor at Mitsubishi Corporation and Director of INPEX Corporation.

Mr Yanai has a distinguished career spanning over 40 years in the energy industry with Mitsubishi Corporation. He was formerly a Member of the Board and the Senior Executive Vice President of Mitsubishi Corporation, as well as the Group CEO of Mitsubishi Corporation's Energy Business Group.

Ms Lee Ching is a Director of Pavilion Energy Trading & Supply and Pavilion Energy Spain. She began her career in Office Administration and Human Resource Development at Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS), Malaysia's National Oil Company.

She was then granted a graduate scholarship by PETRONAS to pursue an MBA degree at the University of Malaya in 1983. Upon graduating in 1985, she resumed service with PETRONAS's Human Resource Management and Development division for the PETRONAS Holding Company.

Mr Goh Yong Siang is a Director of Pavilion Energy.

He is also Managing Director of Stratagem Group Pte Ltd. He was a Senior Managing Director in Temasek International from 2006 to 2013, as Head of Strategic Relations and Corporate Affairs, Head of Australia and New Zealand Markets and Co-Head of Organisation and Leadership. Prior to this, he was in private equity in Dallas, Texas from 1999 to 2005. He retired as Chief of the Singapore Air Force in 1998. He was a fighter pilot and flew the Hunter, F5 and F16.

David Ledesma is a Director of Pavilion Energy and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee.

As an independent strategy and LNG consultant, with over thirty years of experience in the energy and utility sector, Mr Ledesma's focus is on strategy throughout the gas business value chain. This includes the structuring of commercial arrangements, supporting financing, analysing markets as well as the analysis, review and commenting on the pricing of oil and gas globally.

Mr Quek See Tiat is a Director of Pavilion Energy and Chairman of the Audit Committee. He is also concurrently a Director of Pavilion Energy Spain, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pavilion Energy.

He is also currently the President of the Council for Estate Agencies, and serves on the boards of Singapore Press Holdings Ltd, Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd, the Monetary Authority of Singapore and Temasek Foundation Connects CLG Limited.
