Mr Quek See Tiat is a Director of Pavilion Energy and Chairman of the Audit Committee. He is also concurrently a Director of Pavilion Energy Spain, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pavilion Energy.

He is also currently the President of the Council for Estate Agencies, and serves on the boards of Singapore Press Holdings Ltd, Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd, the Monetary Authority of Singapore and Temasek Foundation Connects CLG Limited.

Mr Quek has extensive audit and business advisory experience, and has been involved in planning, executive and managing audits of large public-listed companies in Singapore. From 1 July 1987 to 30 June 2012, he was a Partner and subsequently Deputy Chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr Quek was also the Chairman of the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore, a Director of Neptune Orient Lines Ltd, and a Board Member of the Energy Market Authority.

Mr Quek graduated with Honours (Second Class Upper) in Economics from the London School of Economics & Political Science. He is also a Fellow with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He was conferred the Public Service Medal in 2009 and the Public Service Star in 2014.
