Ahead of World Mental Health Day on 10 Oct, we recently held our Wellness Week, with a focus on taking time to take care. At Pavilion Energy, our people are encouraged to focus on self-care and invest in our personal wellbeing.
A series of activities were organised. From kickstarting the week with our ‘Breakfast with CEO’ session, to wellness talks and board games, it was a time for us to connect with one another, as well as relax and recharge.
Through this initiative, we hope it served to remind our people that prioritising time for ourselves is key, and one that goes beyond a week. The journey continues!
